Enhancing the purchasing and quotation process on Croper.com.

Problem

We were stuck at an 8% conversion rate on the platform.

Solution

Identify where users get stuck and test different solutions using A/B testing to increase conversion.

Results

Increased the conversion rate of the quotation process from 8% to 16%.

Improvements

We had a location map that made users spend too much time, leaving them frustrated with the process. We also had selectors that confused users, so we replaced them with modals and achieved better results. Another improvement is that our users are no related to email, we change that for phone.
